These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ffjl platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any real-money wager. By using ffjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful to use ffjl. Providing false information about your age or location is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
One account per person. ffjl maintains segregated player funds at all times. Your ffjl balance belongs to you and is processed in Philippine Peso. Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to platform processing terms and KYC verification requirements before withdrawal.
All ffjl bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. ffjl reserves the right to modify or cancel bonuses if abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited on ffjl. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
Access to and use of the ffjl platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is consistent with the minimum age for lawful participation in casino-style gambling as established by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. ffjl enforces this restriction through mandatory KYC verification for all accounts that process real-money withdrawals. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age to circumvent this restriction will have their account immediately terminated, their balance forfeited, and may be subject to referral to appropriate authorities.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ffjl platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ffjl is operated for the Philippine market in alignment with PAGCOR regulatory standards. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ffjl Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other purpose, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ffjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit balances and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ffjl will never contact a Player to request their password or one-time verification code via any channel. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account, whether authorized or unauthorized, is the Player's responsibility. Players must notify ffjl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account.
ffjl is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires Players to submit a legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as PhilSys, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or SSS ID) and a live selfie photograph for facial matching. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal requests suspended pending completion of the verification process. ffjl reserves the right to request additional documentation where required by applicable regulatory standards.
Players must ensure that all information associated with their Account remains accurate and current at all times. Changes to a Player's name, registered mobile number, or linked payment accounts must be communicated to ffjl support and may require additional verification. ffjl is not liable for any loss or delay in processing arising from inaccurate or outdated Player information on file.
ffjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ffjl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to a Player's Account within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours, though ffjl does not guarantee specific processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ffjl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which ffjl is not responsible.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. ffjl processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating conditions, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed within the same business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. ffjl reserves the right to implement additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or display unusual patterns, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
ffjl is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. ffjl will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the verified identity of the Account holder. Any funds suspected of being associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to the relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
ffjl offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions while using bonus funds, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated while a bonus is active are subject to wagering requirements as specified for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period of the bonus. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings. Once wagering requirements are fully met, the resulting real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal subject to standard account verification requirements.
ffjl actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as betting on both sides of an outcome) specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; collusion between players to exploit promotional terms; and any other behavior that ffjl determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, constitutes an exploitation of bonus offers rather than genuine play. ffjl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
ffjl offers a library of games sourced from licensed third-party game providers. Game availability may vary and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. ffjl does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game category. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, provider technical issues, and regulatory changes may affect game availability temporarily or permanently.
All digital games on the ffjl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from independently audited game providers. All live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) operated by trained live dealers in certified studio environments. ffjl does not alter, influence, or have the ability to alter or influence game outcomes after a round has been initiated. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session or over any specific time period.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system fault during a game round, ffjl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. If a technical error results in an erroneous payout — meaning a payout that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions — ffjl reserves the right to recover the erroneous amount from the Player's Account. ffjl is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond the return of the affected wager amount.
All sports betting markets on ffjl are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by ffjl, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. ffjl reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published erroneously due to a data feed error. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body, league, or recognized sports authority.

Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right, title, or interest in any ffjl intellectual property. Players may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ffjl intellectual property without prior written authorization from ffjl. Unauthorized use of ffjl intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or other violations of applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ffjl's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ffjl platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by the Player to their ffjl Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ffjl shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:
Nothing in this section limits ffjl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
ffjl collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the legal agreement between ffjl and each Player. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ffjl processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Players may exercise their data rights, including the right of access, correction, and erasure, by contacting ffjl's data protection contact at the email address specified in the Privacy Policy and the Contact section of these Terms.
ffjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ffjl reasonably determines that the Player has:
Where an Account is terminated for cause, ffjl reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including real-money funds and any uncompleted bonus balances, in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Players may close their ffjl Account at any time by contacting ffjl customer support. Prior to account closure, Players must ensure that any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses are addressed, and any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal terms. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
If a Player has a complaint or dispute arising from the use of the ffjl platform, the Player must first contact ffjl customer support through the live chat facility or by email at the address provided in these Terms. ffjl will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If the Player is not satisfied with ffjl's resolution of a complaint, the Player may escalate the dispute in writing to ffjl's compliance team, who will conduct a secondary review and provide a written final determination within fifteen (15) business days.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to ffjl's right to seek emergency or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
ffjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ffjl will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of the ffjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
Minor changes such as typographical corrections, formatting improvements, or non-material clarifications may be made without advance notice and will be reflected in the updated document on this page.
