ffjl uses your registration data to create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity at login, manage your session, and allow you to access all platform features including the game lobby, your account dashboard, transaction history, and responsible gaming tools.
Your KYC documentation is processed to verify your identity, confirm your age (21 years minimum), and satisfy anti-money laundering due diligence requirements aligned with PAGCOR standards and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160, as amended). KYC data is processed by ffjl and, where necessary, by contracted identity verification service providers operating under data processing agreements.
Your financial data is used to process deposits from your GCash, PayMaya, or bank account, and to process withdrawal requests back to your verified payment method. All payment processing involves transmission of necessary data to licensed payment service providers — specifically GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — under strict data processing terms. ffjl does not store full credit or debit card numbers.
ffjl processes technical and transaction data to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, multiple-account creation, bonus abuse, use of automated software, and other forms of prohibited conduct as described in ffjl's Terms and Conditions. This processing is necessary to protect both individual Players and the integrity of the platform.
ffjl monitors gaming activity data to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling behavior, in accordance with ffjl's Responsible Gaming obligations. This includes tracking session duration, frequency of play, deposit escalation patterns, and utilization of responsible gaming tools. In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a material portion of ffjl's assets, personal data held by ffjl may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. ffjl will notify affected Players of any such transfer via their registered contact details prior to their data becoming subject to a different privacy policy, and Players will be given the opportunity to request deletion of their data if they do not wish their data to be transferred.

The ffjl platform is strictly intended for adults who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for Philippine online gaming. ffjl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all accounts that process real-money withdrawals.
